Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Once your request is confirmed, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted — please contact us first at contact@arkives.store.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags attached if applicable. Please note that all items sold by Arkives Store are vintage and may show signs of age and wear consistent with their era. These characteristics are described in each product listing and do not constitute defects.
How to initiate a return
Contact us at contact@arkives.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved returns must be sent to:

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part. For international returns, please allow up to 14 business days for the item to reach us before the refund is processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-eligible items
The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized or made-to-order products.
Customs & import duties on returns
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable. Arkives Store is not responsible for customs fees incurred on returned parcels.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@arkives.store.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
