Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

United States

Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days via UPS International.
Japan
- Flat rate : €45.00
Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Arkives Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Please note that since August 2025, the United States no longer applies a duty-free threshold on international shipments. All orders shipped to the US are subject to applicable import duties regardless of order value.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. International tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@arkives.store. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 30 days for international parcels before a lost parcel claim can be filed.
Important note on vintage items
All items are shipped carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition as described. Given the nature of vintage clothing, we recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt if applicable.
